‘Master’ your mornings

Are you looking to improve your stroke? How about your longevity? If this sounds interesting, dear member, consider joining our area’s closest thing to a Polar Bear Club. It’s proven that diving into cold water regularly reinvigorates the body and helps you live longer. It’s true … because Science! So, why not jump into the Lap Pool with our small but dedicated group of Masters Swimmers for early morning swims 6-7:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (through July 28). Participants from beginners/recreational swimmers to triathletes/seasoned swimmers are welcome. Interested? Click here for more information and to register.
