Garrett Park Swimming Pool Association was created in 1954 and is located at 4472 Cambria Avenue. It is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day (or as posted on the website). This community pool was originally built in 1954 and has undergone numerous improvements since then.
The pool is a popular gathering spot for fitness and socializing during the summer months. It is the home of the Garrett Park LadyBugs swimming team. The pool complex offers 3 pools (a 25-meter lap pool, a 25-meter pool with a diving area, and a toddler pool), a locker area with showers, a beach volleyball court, table tennis, and multiple picnic tables and grills. The pool is a private, nonprofit organization and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
Membership is required. Residents of Garrett Park, Garrett Park Estates, White Flint Park, and Strathmore Place may join. Please email membership@garrettparkpool.org if you are interested in joining!
